Steff Berger

Steff Berger studied fine arts with a primary focus on photography in Amsterdam, Berlin, Australia and South Africa. She gained international experience as a project manager for many years with a Messe Berlin GmbH subsidiary and founded VOBE – Inspires People GmbH (formerly VOBE Event Consulting UG) in 2010. VOBE supports conferences and events with up to 20,000 participants across Europe. Steff Berger’s greatest passion involves building long-term working relationships. In her current role as conference consultant, crisis manager and event manager, her focus is always on people. Helping them find viable solutions is a challenge she gladly accepts.

Working as a personal and business coach since 2017, Steff Berger finds individualized solutions for each client. “We make the difference” and that’s what Steff Berger does every day – in every project and every workshop. Personalized and always to the point. With a constant focus on intercultural diversity.

All these experiences flow into the workshop formats presented by Steff Berger in German or in English.
