Our aim is to ensure that, in the event of an incident, everyone involved is aware of your company’s One Voice guidelines and follows them. This also includes knowing who is responsible in the specific situation. A comprehensive stakeholder analysis enables us to understand the interests of all relevant players outside the company structure and incorporate them into our strategies.
In our training courses, we teach both the basic elements of incident response management and how to behave on site. In addition, everyone is provided with a guide.
